About Sabrina
Sabrina Feldman, exemplifies Greenwood Law’s dedication to social justice, merging her expertise in criminal and mental health law to offer unparalleled legal advocacy. Her past experience includes working in Aboriginal law, educational litigation in South Africa and impactful work with Legal Aid Ontario, showcasing a deep commitment to diverse and marginalized communities. Her practice is client focused, trauma informed, and nuanced. No two problems are the same.
Sabrina focuses on the critical nexus between mental health and the law, which showcases her dedication to supporting individuals and families faced with mental health challenges, ensuring they receive compassionate and informed legal representation while in hospital, before tribunals and in Court. Sabrina works with accused persons, victims and witnesses, and their families to provide support throughout investigations and/or the court process.
Beyond the Courtroom:
Sabrina is passionate about governance and supporting front-line service organizations. She provides advice and reviews policies and best practices for not-for-profit organizations, and assists with problem solving and direction on employment, EDI and misconduct issues. She has over 15 years of legal experience, and is a past Board President of Elizabeth Fry (Toronto) and the current legal advisor to the Board of Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Canada.
